INROADS is a prestigious nonprofit organization that provides internship opportunities for underrepresented minority students in corporate America.  The INROADS mission is to develop and place talented minority students in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.

Specific skills or experiences needed:
Be an underrepresented minority student
Have at least a 2.8 GPA
Plan to pursue a career in Business, Technology, Engineering, Retail Management or Healthcare
Be a freshmen, sophomore, or junior (juniors must graduate in Fall 05 or after).

Time requirements:
Internships are offered multiple summer terms.
Contact the organization in February for the following summer that you wish to intern there.
